We made formal complaint ater 7 days, when crouise been finifh. till today (40 days) we got no answer ! 0
let's start with the fact that a small group of participants in the cruise - we are not Italians . This means that we do not speak Italian- . English during the trip - he was discriminated against . many messages were broadcast only in Italian and French. We asked the staff about the use of English - standard - we were ignored . through it - the last day , we did not know how to leave the ship. I feel discriminated , as a person speaking English and not Italian.
restaurant - service was slow , not nice , arrogant and not helping . Me and my husband (it was our honeymoon ) we are together Managers in the F & B department , so we know how the service should look like .
on the menu - we waited 30 min to collect the award - another 30 minutes and so with every step . together, dinner occupied us about 3 hours
waiting staff - they were very arrogant. once - when I sat down at the table , the waiter told me to get up, go because he said that the table was not ready ( missing on the 1 glass, table has been indicated by the manager at the front ) , I heard a lot of inappropriate jokes about yourself , which I'm so sad . repeatedly when I asked for more water , or a glass of ice - I was ignored. when we did not like the food (meat tasted like the sole of the shoe - no one wanted to talk to us and once again we were ignored )Front Desk - front desk , which should be a pillar of kindness, help and support for the client, turned out to be a place where we felt bickering little children put into a corner . when we pitched complain - every time we heard - "it is normal" , no solution , each time in an angry manner , were sent to a room - like small children .
our room had a defect in the furniture - very crackled , in a way that made it impossible to sleep. it reported the issue several times - (we have recordings confirming defect cabin ) Ladies at the front desk support once again with the nerves and angrily told (it is normal , go to your cabin ! ) very not nice , unpleasant and not helpful person.
our housekeeper - Daniel - a wonderful man . the only person who really want to praise.we should add that the crew - smoking cigarets in the evenings when clients. on the upper deck, near the swimming pool and sun loungers, many times you could meet employees area, behaving loudly and inappropriately. repeatedly during peak hours, I could not use the pool or gym, because it benefited crew and me - the customer who paid for it - there was no space.
I do not want to pay the service charge - because employees simply do not deserve it! have heard that our data card in the system and the card will be charged.We demand the return of service charge. we will not pay this privilege so arrogant to use. it was our honeymoon - which was broken. in previous years, we used the services of Princess and Carnival celibrity - never had problems with this thing.
Service Charge - is a reward for service. Costa NeoRomantica does not deserve it. are discriminated, we feel very badly after the cruise.
