Review summary

It was overall a nice vacation and because we had a stop every day we didn't miss the lack of activities on board as much as had we had full days at sea. This boat would have been very boring had we not stopped every day. Childrens program was very disappointing especially when you go with 3 children. If we do again will make sure its a much larger ship that offers more entertainment and social activities both for adults and children. Very limited english on board. The excursions where well organized and interesting but can be expensive when including children. The excursions all started very early in the morning when the weather was the worst so that hampered it a bit plus its not very relaxing to have to wake before dawn every day if you want to go ashore.

Capri (Isola Di Capri), Italy

Very pretty island, went to the grotto which was neat but not as good as expected. Your only in there for a few minutes and if the sun isn't beaming its worthless. We waited in a long line of boats to go thru and the fumes was overwhelming...the tour of the city with the small widing roads was cool but nervewracking, tiny road with cliffs and no shoulders. Shops are high end and expensive.

Absolutely breathtaking..photo ops galore...didn't do an excursion but its a long walk to the city. Should take a horse buggy or cab and them walk back. Only have about 4 hrs to explore this beautiful city.

Don't Miss: The views...Don't just go to the town, walk to the lookout points and take some pictures..

Nothing at the port, really need to go on an excursion but the ruins are not that interesting...

Did our own tour of the island as the ships dock is right by the town. No real need to pay for an excursion.

Don't Miss: Take a walk to Neopolians home, get a better look than on a tour.

Nothing to see unless you take a tour, the dock is an industrial wasteland. The long 9 hr excursion to the Sahara is worth the time. Great excursion plus nothing to see if you stay on the boat all day.

Don't Miss: Riding a camal in the Sahara, touring Matmata..

Pros: Stop every day somewhere different.

Cons: Cost for drinks on board.
