Review summary
we have been on several other luding once before on the costa magica prior to this trip and i must say that this cruise was not up to par. the crew seemed tired and unenthusistic although certain crew members were excellent many did not do any more than the minimum.i must comment on the menu many of the italian specialties were very good but lobster was never offered neither was prime ribs, the steak was dissapointing and very often the breakfast was cold, the omelet station in the buffet closed by 9:30 am and the dining room closed for breakfast if you were not seated by 10:00 am. i found that the servers did not seem to understand the food and with 2 days of shore excursions cancelled, the best that was offered by the cruise line was a $10 dollar refund of port charges(seems very miserly to me) my wife and i enjoy crusing but i do not think that costa will be our choice of cruise linesShip experiences

Pros: max,s (the cruise director)show on the last night how did they recruit passengers for that show they were great
Cons: the cruise only spent one day in bermuda and the boat was very cold on all decks so going to the pool was not an option
