Review summary

Tours were cancelled without notification even though we booked and paid prior to the cruise.The tour office was closed early and we had to demand that customer service have someone from the tour office meet us so we could get on another tour. Very poor customer relations. No water was served with dinner. You need to purchase a drink package. This is unacceptable. For coffee you got a package of instant coffee and a cup of hot water.

The music was blasting in every lounge. This was especially annoying at the customer service desk. You had to shout to be heard.
