We Traveled during the Ash cloud, customer services were well aware that people were being told not to go to airports but were telling us to go, just to get us off the ship, 2 elderly people were told to leave, they had run out of medication and had no mobile and no where to go.
After being thown off, the ship sat in port for days, they did not care about their customers.
during the whole cruise i found the customer services rude and unhelpful, the food was poor.

customer services- were very rude and unhelpful and when the realisation that we were going to be stranded no one was available to help us (we were told that the English speaking staff were not available)
