Samsara amenities also include unlimited access to the spa and Thermal spa bathrobe and slippers Elemys amenities kit 24-hour room service a purifying shower filter aromatic essence diffuser and a kettle with a selection of aromatic teas as well as other Wellness services. Effective March 28 2018 sailings and after these staterooms will include the Brindiamo beverage package: choose from a selection of wines beers and soft drinks by the glass each day at lunch and dinner in the buffet and main restaurants and call brand liquors cocktails juices specialty coffees and bottled water bar service. Does not include premium drinks and minibar items in your cabin.

Wheelchair Accessible Staterooms: 8232 and 8233.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in staterooms but is allowed on balconies if using the windproof ashtrays.

We came back to our room from dinner midway through the cruise to find our room flooded. We were given the explanation, "Plumbing problems". The bathroom was flooded and the carpeting throughout the room was soaking wet. It took more than 20 minutes for anyone to respond to my frantic phone call to Customer Service. We had to pack up all our belongings and be moved to another room. We were given some help to move but the only thing we were given was "Sorry for your inconvenience." Small consolation for a major disruption.
