Review summary

Although the ship is beautiful to look at, there are many problems with it. The ventilation system does not work properly and the maintenance/repair personnel cannot fix it. The Guest Services Desk is unresponsive and is not interested in passenger comfort or satisfaction.

Main dining room service was extremely slow and the food selection was very limited. Food on the upper deck buffets was only lukewarm and was usually late in opening.

Limited activities available. Shows were not worth the wait.

Unresponsive to passenger complaints and comfort. There is a general atmosphere among the crew that they would rather be somewhere else in a different job.

The panorama suite was very nice in size and decor, with plenty of closet space, however, it could not be enjoyed, because the air conditioning did not work properly throughout the entire cruise. Repair personnel were called daily, but the problem persisted.
