It was a great cruise!

Sail Date: March 01, 2010

Room Type: Balcony

Our group enjoyed the cruise beyond our expectations. It was a truly relaxing and rejuvinating experience. We are ready to embark on another cruise asap. We were treated wonderfully. This was an excellent vacation for our group. We would recommend Costa to anyone who is thinking about cruising. The ship was immaculate and was constantly being kept that way. Our rooms were comfortable and not the least bit cramped.

Pros: The boat was clean, the meals were plentiful, service was great and the speciality restaurant was excellent.

Cons: It had the worst coffee I have ever had anywhere. We would have liked the personel to have had a better knowledge of the English language. We had some minor problems getting our points across and vise versa.

Recommends Costa Atlantica? Yes!

Service and Staff
The staff was very friendly and anxious to make our cruise very enjoyable. Our only recommendation would for the staff to have a better understanding and use of the English language
Food and Dining
The food overall was good, but nothing extraordinary. The service was very good. We found the speciality restaurant to be excellent.
