Review summary
The ship was large, clean, well maintained. Had more pools and hot tubs than RC ships I have been on. Crew was mostly Italian--we liked the flair and was also reason we went on this ship. Other ships somewhat sterile. Lots of artwork. They seemed very happy and acted it. Dining room meals were active and exciting. Shows were very good--especially tenor and dancers--loved them! Boarding and de-boarding quick and efficient. Room was ready upon boarding. -Need to control smoking more for those who do not smoke--Ship experiences

Pros: Great ship--lots of art, Italian crew flair was nice, upgrade to balcony suite was great
Cons: Food can be better, port stops at Cayman and Roatan should be longer, Cozumel stop is good, Don't need Key West --would have preferred Belize
