Review summary

Overall impression of the ship is excellent! The ship had excellent decor, very well-maintained and clean. Crew were friendly and the service was great. However, food was not great quality. Boticelli restaurant served practically the same menu for the entire duration.

Children rated the Squok Club as an average. My 12 years old son could not find much to participate in.

Service and Staff

Staff was very friendkly and prompt with the exception of Service Desk on Deck 2. There were always long lines and you would have to wait for 30 minutes to get anything done (e.g. replace keys).
