WE ARE CONSIDERING NOT GOING ON PRINCESS AGAIN UNLESS WE CAN BE ASSURED OF THE ADVERTISED ITEMS. Staff in anytme dining, head waiters were full of themselves. Neuro virus scared the hell out of us. Food in buffet was not up to usual standards, On the cheap side.

Cruise director was very good.
The service in the anytime restaurant , Bourdeaux, was absolutely terrible. The first day we called to make reservations and we were told there is not reservations at all for the whole week, unless we wanted 5:15 pm or after 7:30p.m. It was advertised that reservations were ok when we booked the trip and also advertised said yes too.We had to wait 40 minutes to get into the restaurant and the waiter said he would be with us in a few minutes, turned out to be 15 minutes and he took our appetizer order, it cam out in 45 minutes.!!!!~! he then took our dinner order and it took another 40 minutes. The whole time spent there was 1 hour and a half!!!!!! I complained to the head waiters and they did not want to hear any complaints. They were obnoxious. Each night we had to stand on line and get a buzzer and then wait in the lounge, I guess they wanted to sell booze. We waited an average of 40 minutes before we were seated. This was BS. Disgusting. We heard from the staff that Princess was sending the better staff to the larger ships and down grading the older BSolder ships like Coral.

WORST THING, ON THE FIRST DAY AT SEA WE WERE NOTIFIED THE A NEURO VIRUS HIT THE SHIP. SCARY THOUGHT BUT THE SHIP TOOK STEPS TO CONTROL THOUGHOUT THEW CRUISE BUT THE THOUGHT LOF THIS VIRUS WAS SCARY AND TOOK AWAY FROM THE CRUISE.

Shower was a joke. I am 180 pounds and was banging myself on t he walls, Bathroom entirely too small.
Ship tip
princess should honor honor their advertising about anytime dining or when a situation like tours(bad) , Princess should accommodate the passengers with refunds on the tours and something for the debacle in the anytime dining. All we got was BS from the Head waiters and we felt we were at fault.
Ft. Lauderdale ok, boarding of ship was terrible as usual waiting on line with 2300 people outise. Glad it was cool. Princess should look at this and copy Barcelona.
well you can never be assured norovirus won't break out. ..that is on the people that don't wash hands ...and touch everything. ..always done traditional dining and staff has been stellar. ..
