Review summary
we got screwed, we booked thru you people last April. that was 13 months ago, classic package was included. JD black was in it. so we didn't upgrade. 30 days before cruise they put it in premium. we were not grandfathered in, WHICH I FEEL WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN. 3 of us, G. Abrams, V.Doria, and myself had to pay $83 to upgrade. well we felt cheated by you and Celebrity. I have completed their survey the same as this. no reply or refund from nobody. Which tells us how you people feel. we are taking our business elsewhere next year. and , and celebrity, are not on our list to deal with
