Most Amazing Cruise Experience

We booked this cruise for a family vacation and we stayed in a Sky Suite and I must say; The Service was beyond exceptional! Our Butler Ram (Butler service was one of the Perks of the Suite) was so nice, friendly and accommodating! He was charming and funny and made sure he checked in with us frequently. Our "Concierge Contact" Maja was always so pleasant to talk to, she was very accommodating and really went out of her way to make sure that all of our needs were met. She truly went above and beyond and made the entire trip very easy, pleasurable and stress free. Then I can't say enough good things about  the Staff at every single restaurant on the ship. We had the pleasure of dining at Luminae which was a dining option exclusive for Suite guests. The Maitre D' Gozde was so friendly and warm every single time we saw her, she accommodated us immediately and always made us feel very welcome. The Servers at Luminae; Vladislav and Lorendo very Exceptional. They were not only charming, professional and courteous but they were extremely funny!! We had an amazing time and great laughs every single time we dined there. No matter if it was Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner every single server at Luminae made us feel welcome and comfortable. We will truly miss the staff because they have become more like friends and not just service staff. That is how friendly and comfortable they all made us feel. The servers in the Main Dining room the; Cosmopolitan were also exceptional. One night we had the pleasure of being served by Mirnes who was a very nice and charming young man who truly made the dining experience very delightful and fun. On another night we ate at Qsine which was a very fun, unique and extraordinary experience starting from the warm welcome at the front to the amazing decor and ambiance to the really funny, witty and amazing Waiter Neb who made excellent suggestions, and explained everything on the menu with so much charm and Personality. I have to say that everyone we encountered on the Boat From the House keeping crew (IKetut was one of the Stateroom attendants who was always very friendly and professional and made us feel so welcome) to the staff at the Coffee Bar (Al Bacio) the Martini Bar and all the Poolside bars as well as the Casion and Theater Bars were soo Nice, Friendly and accommodating without ever skipping a beat. The entire staff was exceptional, courteous, friendly and polite! This whole experience was truly amazing! From start to Finish!
