Review summary
The ship was in dry dock this spring and it showed ~ it was very clean. The shows in the evening were very good. The food in the main dining room and buffet was ok, not the quality that cruise ships are known for. We did anytime dining and you don't see the same people when dining, nor did we have the same wait staff. The Tuscan Grille was exceptional in both food quality and service, but at an extra $45.00 per person it should be. The quality of the drinks varieties by bar ~ a strawberry daiquiri would be great at one bar and not so good at the pool bar. The yoga class was not worth $11.00 nor was the martini making class worth $35.00, even the free classes were not on topic. We stayed in a Concierge Class Staterooms and both our stateroom attendant and concierge were wonderful, so attentive and helpful. We felt most of the shore excursions were over priced ~ You can take the Bermuda buses or ferry to Hamilton or the beaches for a lot less money and then stay as long as you like. Buy the three day pass in the dock terminal and tour the island yourself. It is a great floating hotel and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We will try another cruise line the next time we cruise because we will be going to multiple ports and the quality of food is just ok.
