Bermuda Cruise from New Jersey

WE liked it because it starts from New Jersey. The crew was overall courteous.The house keeping lady Sarah was very efficient, prompt and honest. Thalassotherapy and whirlpool experience was very enjoyable. Gym service was excellent. Good machines, good staff and good timing at the Gym.

Photographer Sarah was very skilled and efficient and expert with photography skills. Our thanks to her.

MaitreD Ajay and waiter Ester and Goran gave good service.Service was good the choice of dishes was limited for vegetarian guests.

The water cups, tea cups, spoons were not properly cleaned and we had to inspect those before using.

Some shows were okay but the language in some shows was more like for adults and not good to watch with family and kids. Entertainment was okay as compared to our previous cruise experience.

Playing in casinos (slot Machines)was not easy and user friendly.
The captain of the ship ( a Greek) was very very friendly and funny.

Need more choices for Indian Vegetarian dishes. Our two previous cruise ship offered great choices.

Room TV needs some good news channels.  

Location of ship  should be dynamically displayed on ship. History / geography, economical and political news about the destinations may be provided on the TV for the guests to relate and experience.

Internet service needs to be cheaper and faster (at least at the docks). 

Local wi-fi service for the guests Cell phones  to text each other may be considered. It is difficult to locate the family members while on the cruise ship.
