Review summary
After 24 cruises, this cruise offered the worst dining experience in both the buffet and MDR. In addition to poor food quality, the service is non-existent. Perhaps this is a training ship for new employees, or even where bad servers are banished to finish out their contracts. Princess has the dining room service down pat! They wouldn't tolerate this. Many main dishes offered throughout the week had the same side of mashed potatoes, two green beans and three carrot slices! Meals often differed from menu description. The buffet was not kept clean. The pastries at breakfast were clearly defrosted commercial grade. On a positive note, the entertainment was top notch, CD was great, and Bermuda a lovely port. I gave Celebrity my first...and last chance. Their \"X\" should NOT be used in the word \"LUXURY\".Ship experiences
