Great Cruise with lots to offer

Cruise has a pretty good itinerary and lots of activities to choose from. Staff are friendly, accomodating and knowledgeble. I was impressed with the promotions and entertainment. Ship had promotions daily for a variety of services, including spa packages, art auctions, bingo packages, gift shop items, etc. Entertainment was wonderful and engaging. Unfortunately the ship's staterooms are in need of renovations, very tired looking. It\s difficult to get resolution to an issue timely. Guest services will go throught a number of managers/supervisors before any resolution is completed. Also there was a number of kids on board which was not the marketing for this liner. Dining room cuisine was excellent however the portions are small. Waiters are very accomodating, will go out of their way to get you something you would like with your meal.

Pros: A lot of activities on board to choose from. Entertainment was excellent. Lots of sales, promotions on services. Excellent staff.

Cons: older ship, needing renovation in its stateroom. Cruise line very cheap in giving passengers little perks.

Recommends Celebrity Summit? No.
