It depends on what time of year you go. The weeks where there is school vacation will be a little bit more crowded as there will be a lot more kids onboard. Alternatively, if you chose to go at a time where there isn't school vacation, there will be less kids and families around and therefore likely less crowded.

What you will find is elegance without being stuffy, good to excellent food without shelling out extra money in a specialty restaurant, good entertainment, being able to get into any show whenever you feel like going, no lines and quiet so that you can hear your companion speak.
