Sneakers fine. No shorts, tank tops, swimsuits. Probably no flip flops, though I don't remember that being explicitly stated. I will say that in my experience people wore somewhat nicer clothes than at the MDRs on Carnival or Royal, but ymmv.

Celebrity has their dress code posted in their FAQ pages. Like Royal the basic casual night code is for pants be it jeans, khakis, or dockers with a presentable shirt on casual nights with no specifics on footwear except stating flip-flops will not be permitted in any of the sit down service dining rooms. Unlike Royal crew on Celebrity will enforce the dress code for the eatery areas.
