Currently no. Unless a port of call the ship is scheduled to visit requires one. Currently only some Asian/Pacific ports, like Australia, require any Covid testing or vaccine proofs. Caribbean Islands can flip-flops regulations on a dime if their local numbers are on the rise. Check Celebrity's website Health and Safety banner closer to sailing.

you should not have to test. I don't think Bermuda requires it any more.
