Review summary

Everything about this cruise excellent. The crew were very attentive, interactive and provided tremendous service. The ship was immaculate and beautiful. The food was very good. I would definitely recommend this cruise to both new cruisers and repeat cruisers.

The organized competitive activities seemed to be a low priority for them and weren't very well organized. Just went through the motions to get it done.

Bathroom was larger than other larger ships we have been on. Awesome. The room was very well kept, cleaned and the staff were great.

Ship tip

People that like to compete have that personality so be better organized and prepared with those activities. Be fun, but more serious about the event.

Thank you for sharing. We have one of our upcoming cruises booked on the Solstice. In fact, we were so impressed with our first Celebrity experience last week that we booked the Solstice onboard. Like you, I found the planned "organized activities" lag behind the other lines we have sailed on. It wasn't a deal breaker, because we are capable of entertaining ourselves. In a way, it was refreshing to not have the staff pushing bingo cards down the throat.
