I totally agree. I was in the ladies, when an older woman walked out of the toilet and went to go straight out the door without washing her hands. I reminded her about the importance of doing this, and she looked down her nose at me and said "I'm not a dirty person". This is how germs are spread, via ignorant people.

All ships constantly sterilise because there are so many dirty passengers who don't wash/ sterilise their hands, they are the ones who spread the germs not the ship.
