Review summary

The customer service was of the highest quality, all very nice, accommodating, & funny people. The cruise was clean and well kept. Communication from the captain and crew was perfect and clear. The ports were outstanding. It was an amazing cruise. My only complaint is that Celebrity tried to charge extra for a lot of things... Like bus transportation from the ports to the cities ($22/person for each port) as well as some of the activities aboard the ship. Overall it was great though.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The dinners and lunches were superb. The breakfast was great but got tiresome after a week.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Entertainment was good, but they need to update some of their shows... I liked the extra people they brought on board, like a comedian and the Disney artist.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Wiling to help and answer questions, very friendly and kind, they sought to take careof all your needs - sometimes before you even said anything, above and beyond!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Beautiful ship, well kept, lots of speciality places to adventure toon board... The library, card/game room, indoor & outdoor pools, theaters, earth research center, computer lab, dance hall and much more

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Size was great! The room was serviced 2-3 times per day when it was easy for you. Decently clean.

Pros: Great customer service

Cons: Felt nickel & dimed
