We trhoroughly enjoyed the layout of the ship. Although it wasd close to sold out we never felt cramped in any way. The elevators were fast, the crew was very helpful, and the ship was beautifully laid out.

The ship meets with all my expectations since this is my third Celebrity cruises and I look foward to cruise on Celebrity Reflection next year. The only major drawback is the casino as it is very tight which is the reason it does not have too many repeated clients. I'm glad that the slot machine is so tight that I just played for the first few days and quit it altogether. I used to go to the casino every night on other cruises. In a way I save my money but no fun.........

The ship was beautiful. The crew was great. Food - excellent.

The ship was beautiful - the staff was outstanding - any request we had was immediately taken care of - everyone was friendly - the rooms were clean and there was enough storage space - didn't feel cramped - the bathroom was roomy and loved the shower with the round doors - food was wonderful and our nightly waiter, Ninga, was outstanding!!!! The Captain was approachable and very warm and funny - plus he did an outstanding job of navigating around the Greek Isles. All in all it was a fantastic trip!!!!!

we have sailed princess many times and loved it but the silhoutte was marvelous, every bathroom had an attendant they were immuculate, the guest participation was great. the food was great.

Would cruise on the ship again if it sailed from Cape Liberty NJ

Too many handicap devices on board. This proved to be problematic when navigating around the and on excursions.

The Silhouette was not really nice looking from the outside...just BIG. The room size was very good, as was the bathroom. The staff was extremely professional, friendly and very helpful with my husband (in a wheelchair) Compared with past cruises, this ship was noticeably more handicapped friendly- particularly with room threshholds (which all used to be elevated and very difficult to pass through). This made wheeling much less physical/stressful. Thank you!! The only complaint regarded the "Hideaway" lounge on deck 7. After several days teenagers took this over. At times they turned the furniture over and/or rearranged it. They three trash on the floor. They were very loud and did not stop any of this, even after many polite requests. The most irritating thing they did was tamper with the elevators and push buttons to all floors. When satff came down and observed some of this they just ignored them. Our great "coffeehouse and reading room" was gone.

Thoroughly impressed with everything about the ship; food, cleanliness, beauty, furnishings; everything was top-notch.

The Shilloutte is the newest and grandest ship in Celebrity's Solstice class fleet so it is beautify, clean and magnificrent. But one must like 3,000 passnegers and I frankly found that to be a bit less intimate than I would have preffered. Perhaps 1,500 -1,600 is the ideal number for me and my ladyfriend. The ship's Master and line's most senoir Captain was a great host and wonderful Ambassedor fore the cruise line. Great presonality, wonderful sense of humor and regulation "good guy" The itinerary was fine but really 5 or 6 ships in port in St. Thomas (15,000 to 18,000 people) is just way too many for that tiny shoppinmg mecca. Better planning 18 months in advance could cure that and every efforts should be made to do so and arrive when no more than 3 ships are there. Lastly Departure from Bayonne, NJ is great, arrival nt so good especially when the port ground staff limits ground transportation to one lane for private limo transportation for pick-up as the new passengers are simultaneously arriving for depature.

Everyone was friendly and helpfull.

This was a fantastic 12 day vacation to the Caribbean. We have cruised on 7 other occasions and have sailed with Carnival, NCL, Princess, and now Celebrity. The quality of the food was excellent and the ship was magnificent. The crew were always asking if you needed anything and were extremely attentive. We were told it was a full ship but we didn't wait in lines or find it difficult to get a lounge chair in the sun or shade. The passengers onboard did seem to be older than other ships we have been on (65+ was the norm) which may have had something to do with the availability of chairs. We are in our late 40's (49 really) and the entertainment was mostly geared for 70+ year olds (50's music, show tunes, etc) but the comedians and ventriloquist were good. Shows are earlier than other ships as well (7 and 9pm on most days and 8:45 and 10:30 on a few days ... I think it was the 3 dressier nights). Dress code for dinner is long pants for men and I would have preferred to wear dress shorts in the Caribbean. I was surprised that there's no coin laundry on a 12 day cruise and the laundry services are expensive ($2 for underwear, $6 to launder a shirt). The things we didn't care for were small compared to the things we loved. All in all though, a terrific experience and we would do it again and recommend it.

The ship was bran new and had a nice layout. I am in a manual wheelchair and wheeled around the entire ship. Deck four and five gave you an option to go anywhere on the ship from that location. The ships casino was very spacious. A big variety of food options. The staff was very professional and accomodating. A really great bunch of employees. Our room was excellent. Very spacious, clean.
