Most restrictive tours(I was with a 70+ passenger) left ship within 1-1.5 hr of docking even 2-3 hr tours with ship on land 8 hrs. She was not ready until 10:00 each morning so did not book.

The cruise was wonderful.  Our even table wait servers, Melo, Saude and Sasa were excellent.

Dining in the Ocean Café, could be improved, maybe changing the type of food served would be helpful. I would go for breakfast around 10 and they would shut down early, so at least 3 times there was nothing left or closed. On one occasion I just there wondering what to get and the staff person approached me and asked if I needed anything, he actually prepared my hash browns for me. This really made me feel special. It was a kind act. I will say the staff were always pleasant and warm, accept on the occasion that I asked for a piece of paper to write a note and the staff told me to go down to the guest relations to get it. I was on the 14th floor and guest relations on 3. Even though there was papers on the tables, he and she could have been more helpful. Overall, I  really enjoyed the cruise.

I have been on many cruises but I have to rank this one as my favorite.  It was just so comfortable and exciting at the same time.  I loved our big homey balcony suite.  It was big enough to want to just come down and hang out on the balcony with a nice glass of wine and some fruit for hours.  The employees were friendly and helpful.  The food was delicious and the special restrurants were so worth the extra money.  I loved the places we stopped and had wonderful shopping trips!  I can't wait to sail on one of new ships coming out.  I love Celebrity and know that they will be a great adventure.  I also want to thank Lonnie Thompson the agent who we booked with for giving us such good advise and such a good price for this memorable cruise.

The service was great.  Staff was always friendly.  We needed wheelchair assistance and had scooters.  Dining staff in both the Luminare and Ocean View were excellent.  

We had a great time as always! Love Celebrity Cruises and we had a outstanding Silhouette ship, staff and port of calls in our vacation. The one and only downside of the cruise was the on board Wi-Fi, which did hardly work and they blamed it on our laptop and charged us anyway. Other than that we had a OUTSTANDING cruise, hope they will resolve that issue for our next sail with Celebrity Cruises in the near future!! 

This was our second trip on the Silhouette and it was just as fantastic as the first. We booked two balcony staterooms and traveled with three teens ages 12-16. The crew and staff was top notch! The food was outstanding! The ports of call were great with so many activities and shore excursions! Everyone in our party had a great time. I highly recommend this cruise. 

The boat is lovely, the rooms quite well appointed and the staff, quite friendly. However including water, coffee and tea as part of the drink package seems chintzy. Also not quite honest when being asked to purchase the package for $55/pp per day that you have to pay for these beverages unless you purchase the package. The previously mentioned beverages are available for no charge if you go to the 24 hour buffet or access the pool area drink stations.

Also the excursion specialist gave incorrect information when we asked about our St. John excursion - she indicated it would be 4 hours. It was 5 1/2 hours. She indicated there was a beach stop and so we wore bathing suits and carried towels but there was no stop for the beach.

falmouth Jamaica port was nice but Red Stripe beach was nothing to talk about. Very shallow water., staff there were great tho.

Turtle Farm in Grand Cayman is VERY awesome if you love turtles. YOu can even swim in the lagoon with the turtles. Just make sure you get the right Turtle Farm excursion,

Mr. Sanchos at Cozumel was outstanding!!!

The great parts included the Blu restaurant for Aqua class cabins. Smaller, better quality, great ambiance, amazing staff with attention to detail.  They remembered your preferences and name from day one.  The floor to ceiling waterside tables were great.  

It was curious why the Guest Relations were the only people that did not seem to understand customer service.  One actually argued with me claiming that I knew the assigned cabin was obstructed which was not true.  Then they blamed it on Delta Cruises. !!!

Connor at Delta Cruises was awesome and took his time paying attention to detail and followed up on his customers.  He was much more than just a quick order taker!

On the ship the excursion staff wasted much of our time with how they handled the tenders.  We had a timed excursion and we sat around for an hour in the theater and then more time on the tender.  We had a timed excursion for a submarine and they were sending people with no timed itinerary to the tenders.  This caused us to MISS our excursion.  Thankfully the submarine staff found us time later in the day. This meant we missed the opportunity to do other things. The ship personnel did offer us a token reimbursement.

The entertainment was weak with 3 nights of comedians. Only one was better than those trying out at some comedy club ashore.  All shows in the theater were pain level loud...the kind of level that damages hearing.  Often the sound distorted.  There is no excuse for this in a fixed venue with state of the art equipment that gets used daily.  I have studied acoustics at a university and performed in very impressive well -known venues that impress others of my experience on stage and in the best concert halls, so I feel my criticism is valid.

This review might sound like focusing on the negatives.  The seas were rough and we missed our first port but they found the calmer seas and that is priceless!

This asks about room for improvement.  This should not take away from what is a great cruise line with amazing ships and the Silhouette won awards for 2016 for the best food and perhaps even a ship of the year award.  It is well earned.

Celebrity knows their market.  There were few children and drinking to scary excess was not often observed.  Celebrity Cruises may be a slightly larger investment because of the top quality, but that small investment is a great value for those that want more than a cheap cruise with cheap food in the buffet.  One additional comment on the Silhouette...the captain is funnier than the comedians and adds to the ambiance....we looked forward to his entertaining announcements!

Pros: ship was beautiful, wonderful staff, clean rooms, exceptional nightly     entertainment, plenty of delicious food.

cons: if you don't like feeling like your packed into a can of sardines than the pool area is not for you! Days at sea are very boring for lack of activities. I felt I wasted 3 days of my vacation. 

Very good food and entertainment, exceptional service, beautiful ship spaces and amenities. Some of the ports visited were seriously overcrowded because of multiple large ship arrivals. 

The Ship had as much or as little as you wanted to do.  The staff was awesome, food, activities, and shows were all great.  Staff really was attentive and professional.  Stateroom was well designed and felt bigger than it was.  Fun Captain - lots of humor and intended for you to enjoy every minute of the cruise.  Many different ways to enjoy the ship from bow to aft.  Beautiful views at every turn. 

Specialty dining was excellent - at QSine. 

No hassles - Concierge level, flexible dinner seating, fruit and canapé in room and boarding anytime all added to the cruise. 

Only negative comment.  St Maarten shore excursion was disorganized and disappointing. 

Took this cruise with my husband and sister and brother in law.  We are in are mid 50's and have sailed on RC, Princess, Norwegian and Carnival.   We booked last minute and decided to do Aqua Spa balcony.....we had a choice of two upgrades and went with the classic beverage package and the $300 room credit.   We all loved the smaller ship....our room was on the smaller size but the bathroom felt huge!  Great location just one flight up to pool area.  Ship and room were clean.  Service was outstanding!  We ate at Blu every night....which is the Aqua Spa levels own restaurant.   Loved it!    I would have given this ship 5 stars but the entertainment was so underwhelming!!!  We were definitely younger then most on-board.... Overall an outstanding cruise.

We had such a memorable time doing this Caribbean cruise with Celebrity. The excursions were so well planned out that we did not have to stress about traveling one bit! During the at sea days, the overall ambiance of the cruise was so comfortable and relaxing that this 7 night trip felt like it lasted more than that. Highly recommended. 

The food and staff were wonderful. The staff was so accommodating and totally interested in our needs. The food was higher quality then most cruises.

If you like to eat you will love this ship. If you love being pampered you will love this ship.

The food, entertainment and service were all excellent! We were a bit disappointed that we couldn't get off of the ship at Grand Cayman but Celebrity made up for it a bit with some added on board entertainment. 

This was my first cruise in many years. We wanted a premium experience without paying for the super-high-end cruises.

The staff was very friendly and took care of any request.

I was a little worried about staying in a 200 sq foot cabin, but it is very efficient with space.  It worked out great.

The food was very yummy.  My only (minor) disappointment was that the food was served warm (and not hot) a few time.  It still tasted great, but may have been sitting around before served to our table.  I guess this is to be expected when they have to serve 3,000 people at once.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I recommend Celebrity Cruises, and will sail with them again in the future.

No major complaints.  Good food and service except at the popular bars, pool and Sky Lounge.    I don't think I totally understood what the butler could do for us.  I did take advantage of having him book our shore excursions and he was very responsive. Perhaps I didn't pay close enough attention because he did come. To our room and explained his role.  Difficult getting pool chairs but we managed.  Being in a suite offered great options.  Perhaps an area for suite holders can be reserved until say 8AM.  Some mornings as early as 5AM chairs were already taken but nobody was in those chairs until late morning or early afternoon.  I know this is an ongoing issue on all the cruises I've been on so not sure if there is a solid solution without upsetting passengers that are not in a suite. To elaborate on the bar service, I will say that the pool bars were very crowded and understaffed as were other areas where crowds perferred to gather, like the Sky Bar in the evenings.  Getting drink service before shows was slow.  They need to direct more support in high traffic bar areas.  The 10PM Sky Bar was usually crowded.  Sometimes they would have only one bar tender and I don't think the bars were well stocked.  Too ofter the bar tender would have to run and get something or if there were 2 behind the bar the other was running to get something, limes, Soda, juice.  Plenty of alcohol stock but the garnish and mixers were not.  Frustrating at times for the passengers and the bar tenders.  

We had a blast! I loved that the cruise was catered to a mature crowd. The food was awesome! The service was great! I do wish the casino was larger and they offered Moscato wine by the glass Lol but everything else was just perfect. We loved it so much we booked another one for next year.

The Aqua Spa Enclosed Pool & Smoothie Bar was a very relaxing place. We enjoyed the food as well. Found that the Anytime Dining was a reasonable wait @ 10 minutes. The gal running the podium was very professional. Liked that all the staff were connected with little microphones to communicate table availability. The outdoor pools were distracting and extremely cluttered with all the canopy coverings & ropes etc. Not pretty. Not a good design. Just too much stuff in the space. Would have liked some tables along the windows to eat or play cards outside. Loved the non-smoking casino.  All ships should implement this. Should have crew shows that are more Broadway inspired & familiar. Liked the perks offered. Chose the drink package & on-board credit.  Would go again for these offers. The absolutely most horrible thing was getting to the parking garage after disembarkation since we drove to the port.  We had to walk on the street between the buses and cabs.  Sidewalks were blocked with other ship passengers in other lines. No room for us. Very taxing and dangerous. Should have walkways specifically for parking garage passengers.
