Route changed the evening we boarded the ship didn’t get to go to key west and the stop that was added instead was awful

I am disappointed not to go to key west. If I wanted to go just to the Bahamas I would have booked just a Bahamas cruise. I would like a refund as the excursion that we had booked for our family at key west was credited to our room and had to be used before the end of the cruise or lose itEmbarkation
