Review summary

All in all I like that the cruise had very few children and mostly the ones that were on the ship were out of the way. Not much in the form of activities for us. We lounged a lot and ate a reasonable amount. The gym was great and the ship is clean with lots of separate lounge areas and bars. I really liked that.

We arrived around 3pm and check in was a breeze and we walked right on it with our bags. We weren't told our key was on our door and I asked about 3 times before understanding this.

Food and Dining

We mainly ate at the Ocean View Cafe as this was most convenient to our eating schedule. The pool grill served tasty turkey burgers and fries. The fries are really good for some reason. We ate at main dining twice. The food was pretty good. Nothing to rave about. The menu selections are diverse though which is nice. The buffet was good.

Onboard Activities

We mainly just used the gym and hot tub. 2 hot tubs were down so that wasn't ideal. The gym was really good though. Some classes cost extra at the gym.

Entertainment

The live music in the main promenade and by the pool were really good. The DJ was also on point. The live broadway style show...we walked in and walked right back out.

Service and Staff

Joevel was our stateroom attendant and he was always there. He was great.

I didn't see anything that told us in advance our view would be obstructed by the safety boats. Maybe I missed it...they should be somewhere if it isn't disclosed. Other than that the room was really great. Spacious and good use of space.
