problem with embarkation and disembarkation and Celebrity canceled Bermuda port. Celebrity should have contacted Bermuda before placing on the ports of call.

Bermuda was canceled. Had to be retested($200) for covid to board. Disembarkation was a disaster.

terrible. I was told twice by celebrity that the home covid test would be sufficient to board. It was NOT and we had to be retested for $100.00 per person. Talking other passengers, once on board, they were able to board with the home covid test. It all depended on the agent you got when trying to board. Not consistent with policy.

Ship Quality

Could not walk around the outside of the ship. Deck five was one way and had to turned around to the other end. Deck 14 was a small circle to walk around. Eight times around for one mile.
WE were told by celebrity everyone had to disembark by 8:30am. When we arrived at port, customs would NOT let anyone leave the ship. Finally customs started letting people off the ship around 9:30am by small groups. We decided by 10:30 to just walk off the ship. Get our luggage and get to the airport. Our flight was 12:20pm and we arrived at airport at 11:45pm. Angels delayed our flight and we were able to board. No other explanation.
