Review summary

My wif and I took our mothers, 84 years old and 81 years old and they had the time of their life. This is a perfect setting for people getting up in age as we were able to do everything we liked and they were in a heavenly atmosphere. The dinners and evening entertainment provided unspeakable joy for them as well as ourselves. As our mothers are approaching the ends of their lives we wanted to spend quality time with them where they could experience unbelievable hospitality and pampering which this trip lived up to that. We will plan another soon with them as they loved it so much and we loved seeing their joy!

Tasty filling meals, lots of choices, never did any specialty restaurants, buffets had plenty of variety and good food.

Spa center was amazing, fitness center was clean and had plenty of options and room, lounge chairs were very comfortable!

The nightly entertainment was world class, the performers who sang around the ship at different times were quality and enjoyable.

Our staff in all cases were excellent! Room stewards had things clean and orderly every day and acknowledged us with a smile and a greeting everytime we saw them, our wait staff each night at dinner were great, knowledgeable, funny, and knew us well throughout the trip. The massages we had while on board were incredible and I only wish we did more!

The Silouette is a beautiful boat and would love to travel on it again.

Cabin / Stateroom

Plenty of room in our cabin as we spend most of our time around the ship, bed was comfortable, we slept well and it had everything we would need.

Ship tip

Set up your appointments early on in the voyage such as massages or other amenities as I saw some people who waited and expected to go right in but time slots were filled. We did set things up early so it didn't affect us but while coming and going I heard others who had limited options because of last minute decision making.
