Bar staff very good. Diamond breakfast very poor service. Had to very aggressive to get them to bring coffee. Seaview - pork and ham very undercooked! Everything greasy or spicy.

Spend most of our tour time sitting stopped in traffic. Whole hour @ at 9/11. Wish he’d asked us how long we wanted there! Kept seeing same things As he tried to find streets not chocked with cars. Didn’t see many of sights we should have.

My first cruise on Celebrity this week, 16th cruise under way....so far not impressed. I had higher expectations since it's owned by Royal. Feels very unorganized. I'll be back to Royal. There's a couple nice things in comparison, but overall I prefer Royal so far.

What is diamond breakfast? Do you mean Oceanview cafe instead of Seaview? We’ve been on 12 Celebrity cruises with excellent food and great service at all restaurants. Sorry you were disappointed.
