My family of three really enjoyed this cruise. My husband and I are in our early forties, and we traveled with our daughter, who is a senior in high school. We prefer beautiful and relaxing vacations, and this one did not disappoint.

The Fort Lauderdale port was very disorganized. It didn't ruin our cruise, but I was not impressed with the embarkation experience.

We ate primarily in Luminae, and the staff there was wonderful. Service was very good. The selection was good, and we enjoyed every meal in Luminae. We picked up some quick breakfasts and snacks at the buffet and the aqua spa cafe, and they were pretty good as well. Bartenders were good throughout the ship. Overall, we were very happy with the food and drink on the Silhouette.
Onboard Activities

The fitness center was excellent. The spa was relaxing. We also really enjoyed trivia and the silent disco. The pool area is nice, and there are several activities planned by the pool. I am just not a big pool user. My daughter and husband relaxed out by the pool every sea day, and they enjoyed their time there.
Entertainment

We have learned that we do not enjoy the stage shows on Celebrity. They are just not our thing. But my family really likes the comedians and musical guest acts that the ship brings on board. We enjoyed all of these guest acts!
