Review summary

This cruise offered clean, organized accommodations and daily service from steward Ari, who was eager to please. Meals were wonderful, particularly at specialty restaurants. Officers and staff members were friendly and helpful. The variety of activities and entertainment was excellent, providing something for everyone. The show Cosmopolitan was noteworthy for originality and performance. The layout of the ship provided many gathering places and quiet areas to choose from. Among my favorites were the Sky Lounge, Sushi on Five and the Martini Bar. The catamaran trip and stingray excursion was not enjoyable. It was poorly organized and the catamaran didn't have enough seating for all of the passengers. I wouldn't do that trip again.

The sushi restaurant was one of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever been to. The fresh ingredients and accommodating staff made it a really enjoyable experience. I loved the cocktails and saki.

Ari, our steward, was helpful and remembered to do the things we asked him to do. The staff in the specialty restaurants went above and beyond what was expected. I don't remember all of their names, but Jessie James at the Italian restaurant and the manager at Sushi on Five were fantastic.

Ship Quality

Loved the variety of entertainment areas and quiet places. Saw very little dust. Any spills were cleaned up quickly. I rarely felt like it was overwhelming crowded in most areas.

Space is always tight as was storage. It was well organized and clean as I expected it to be.

Ship tip

It was great having the specialty drink package so I could try many different drinks I'd never tried before. The pocket size map of the ship helped me to find my way to other locations.
