Review summary

Great customer service, especially when the baggage handlers on land broke a bottle of red wine in my suitcase by not wrapping it back after inspection.  Celebrity cleaned nearly 80 pieces of soaked/stained clothing within 24 hours. Butlers and servers were polite and helpful as always.  Disappointed in decline of dining experience: food is not nearly the quality Celebrity provided in past. Sometimes I just didn't eat dinner.  Entertainment options on boat was another disappointment, I have always raved about the on-going fun itineraries of Trivia and the varied options.  this time everything was a poolside dance off or golf game. very little else offered.  But had a good time overall.  Love this cruiseline.

Balconies make all the difference!

Ship tip

Falmouth Jamaica is a waste of time: stay on board & take advantage of the spa deals. book speciality restaurant dining in advance of travel - do it at least once its worth the extra money. Not a buffet person? you should be @Breakfast time:eggs made to order vs cold in dining room with long wait.

Perhaps a different ship on Celebrity would be a better fit for you.  I have crui8sed on the Summit and the Constellation and both were fine.
