cruise great, trying to get my $180 gratuities charge back, horrible celebrity says has to come back from cheap Caribbean, cheap caribbean says have to get it back from celebrity. Never use either one of these companies again.

Wow....I went on Celebrity the week before u did and loved everything and everyone. I paid several waiters and room steward extra tips as did others I traveled with.

If you had a great time with 5 stars on everything and then don't want to pay gratuities, then please don't go on anymore cruises. That is unacceptable.

You gave 5 stars to everything non the ship. Why do you want gratuities back? That’s not right. Especially on Celebrity. All the staff work very hard.

I believe if you paid Cheap Caribbean you should get your money back from Cheap Caribbean. Why do you want your money back after your cruise ?
