Review summary

Loved this cruise and Celebrity Reflection staff. Great service, great performances, and for tours, hope they will offer more selections next time. Would like to see Celebrity Reflection go on other ports besides Caribbean. Would sail with them again!

Dining room and Buffet personnel were VERY FRIENDLY. Food were great. Would like to see Mexican food in the buffet area (i.e. tacos, nacho with chips). Not too much of the Indian cuisine.

Onboard Activities

We did not participate in any activity onboard but happy watchers of the different activities especially the pool volleyball between the Officers and Guests. FUN!

Entertainment

Performers were very interactive with guests which was nice. Liked all the stage shows, N Kenge was wonderful!

Special shout out to Brando, Sugita and Chatherine from the Main Dining room. They took special care of us during our dining each night. The Buffet personnel and the Coffee shop in the 5th floor were also very nice. And lastly, our room attendant, Nengah was wonderful. He was very attentive to our needs.

We had a noise issue in our room but the nigh supervisor, Natasha and the G. Relations people took care of it. It was a hassle on the first night but thankfully the noise was not as bad the last few nights so we decided to stay in our room.

Ship tip

Very happy with this cruise. The officers starting with Captain Matt made it worthwhile to sail with Celebrity Reflection again. Though we would like to sail with other Celebrity brands on different ports of call. Overall, we enjoyed this trip!
