Review summary

We enjoyed getting away and forgot how much we enjoy cruising since it’s been 5 years since we last cruised. We definitely saw a big difference in the dining rooms as far as the menu goes and the lack of good entertainment nightly. Will definitely cruise again, but not sure which cruise line will be next.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Easy, except they pulled us aside to inform us we had a balance. I had to go to guest services and show where that amount had been placed on my credit card. I had no balance due!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Food was just okay.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The entertainment was lacking. There were 3 shows we felt were good, those being the soul group, the comedian and Deli Rowe. We didn’t look forward to other shows. The foyer singer/band were very good. Had wished this group could have been in the sky lounge around 6:00 and 9:00.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
I PuTu was an excellent room steward. He meet our every need! Catherine was a wonderful hostess in the martini bar!

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The cabin was nice, but very noisy the days we ported starting around 4:00 AM. Also, being that close to the front of the ship made for some major wave hitting noise our last sea day.

Thanks for sharing your cruise

I'm confused. How could you have a balance before you get on the ship?

Every cruiseline is feeling the pinch right now. The only line I know of with constantly good entertainment is Royal Caribbean and possibly NCL…The rest are singers and dancers, jugglers, magicians etc. perhaps Edge Class might be a bit better

Appreciate your details. Cruising isn’t back to what it was pre-Covid. Don’t know if ever will be. Glad you still enjoyed your cruise.

What were the bad parts about dining? Seems like the all-inclusive is dying in cruising.
