Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
What can I say... the Martini Bar was fabulous! the Bartender went above and beyond to entertain every one AND mix excellent drinks. The dining rooms were awesome... Staff were wonderful, food was excellent... Drinks (we had he package) were great. Food in the Cafe (buffet) was great! If you couldn't find something to eat in the Cafe... you would never find anything to eat!

Onboard Activities

I did not go to all the shows, but the ones I went to were excellent.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Captain Matt, Giuseppe and ALL of the staff were superb! A lot of them knew us by name, or by drink, etc. Greeted us each day like they knew us personally... fantastic staff on this cruise.

Ship Quality

Yes. Very clean and well maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Everything in our cabin was excellent. Our room steward was super accomodating... the only problem we had on the entire cruise was tht our air conditioning wasn't working well. It seemed to get warm at night while we were in bed.

Ship tip

Enjoy all that Reflection has to offer!

Ponta Delgada, Azores

4 out of 5
The only reason Ponta Delgado did not get 5 stars... we were in port on Sunday and not much was open. There was not a lot to do because of this. But it was a beautiful place and our tour guide was great... except that he kind of left us on our own to get back to the ship. He did not give us a specific place to meet to catch the tour bus back to the ship... just told us "down the street a bit". We ended up walking back to the ship (which was not that far and was not a hardship) but he should have been more specific about meeting the bus...

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida
