Review summary

Concierge Class NOT worth the Extra Money. The daily in room canopies were a waiste for our palate / taste - again looked GREAT, but lacking in appealing taste. Never saw the concierge agent at her desk when we were in need of something - she did have stated hours - they just did not line up with our support needs. We received daily recorded messages for her which added no significant value to our stay beyond what we received from our room steward.

Food and Dining

Beautiful to look at, not so great on taste, but definitely better than RCL's food.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
More adult oriented activities (such as: painting, arts & crafts, drawing, cooking) are needed.

Service and Staff

We experienced a mid trip room steward change. The first was great, the second just appeared to be mopping up the end of the cruise (last 4 days of 10) for management. Kind, but not really interested in establishing report with the guests.

Oh and not sure about the Reflection and the refurb...for some reason (your pics) show Equinox and that was what I was talking about in the previous post.

That is sad, especially since it just went through a refurb. We had a similar experience on the Summit (also recently refurbed) in November and also tried the concierge class for the first time and found it to be a waste. Celebrity seems to be slipping in my opinion. Our ship was quite dirty and I am not even at the freak level with that.
