Review summary

Enjoyed the ship. We always cruise on celebrity. Last year we were on the edge and I feel it was a little let down after being on a new ship. The employees on this ship weren’t quite as helpful and friendly as previous cruises.

Embarkation

The embarkation went very smooth. It was well coordinated

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
QSine was an excellent restaurant. The buffet was lacking for special diets. I have celiacs and there were not a lot of selections. I had to practically beg for gluten free bread and also one night decided to order a gluten free pizza and the employee acted put out that I asked for it. He just made the comment it will take 20 minutes and I replied that is ok, so he finally made it.

Cafe al Bacio and Gelateria

San Juan, Puerto Rico

We went on a tour of old and new San Juan. Was not impressed at all.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

2 out of 5
Went into town and had lunch. It rained all day, so everything we had planned was cancelled. It seemed there was still a lot of buildings boarded up, not sure if this is from the hurricane or if that is normal for St Thomas

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

5 out of 5
We went to both the French and Dutch sides. Really enjoyed the shopping and water taxi. Very clean and seemed safe

Disembarkation
