Review summary
My husband's wallet was stolen in Barcelona's metro. Upon our return to the ship, we were treated with care and empathy. They allowed my husband the use of the long distance time to notify all the credit cards, banks, etc. I most especially have to say that the lady (sorry for not remembering her name) in charge of customer affairs, went above and beyond what we would have expected anyone in terms of customer attention.
