Review summary
Hi, well a great time again on the Reflection. This is our 3 time on her. We are going to do her again in January. The very bad excusing and the people on the ship that were very rude. Poor planning and did not listing to anyone that told them there was a problem. The lady at the Captain Club help us out and talked to there boss about what went on.
