Review summary
The food, wine selection and overall service on Celebrity Reflection are phenomenal. The ship itself is beautiful. Of particular note are the aft section of the Ocean View Dining Room (main cafeteria), the Sunset Bar and the Martini Bar.
My wife and I have cruised on Norwegian and Royal Caribbean and while we enjoyed both; Celebrity is definitely a cut above. The ports of call and shore excursions were OK but you can just as easily find a way to explore the islands on your own. We enjoyed the days at sea and time at the pools equally as well as the ports.
While there are a number of specialty restaurants that we were told are terrific, the upcharges at these restaurants are not inexpensive, and the food and wine selections in the Opus Dining Room are excellent in their own right (if you see a Mediterranean Seafood Orso don't miss it).
As far as the entertainment goes, we absolutely enjoyed a duo called "5 O'Clock Somewhere" and followed them wherever they performed.
A few negatives; the house atrium band was not very good and the evening shows were only mediocre.
Overall a great cruise.
We were in cabin 6286....verandah with minimal obstruction. Room was terrific with plenty of storage and great ocean views.

Ship tip
Take your breakfast from the Ocean View cafe and enjoy it outside at the aft of the ship. Also don't miss the Sunset Bar right above this spot on Deck 15.
