Nice cruise

Sail Date: December 01, 2014

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Balcony

The ship was ok.

Pros: Crew and dining staff. was outstsnding

Cons: They should be ashamed to charge for the Internet service. I paid for 240 minutes and never got a message sent from my Ifon

Recommends Celebrity Millennium? No.

Ship Quality
The ship is old and difficult to maintain to Celebrity standards.
Food and Dining
The main dining room was not good. Drinking water in the entire ship tasted bad. After a few days the dining room served water from a different source which was good. The food was not good however dessert was always good.

The private dining was exceptional in both Qsine and Olympic. The staff in Olympic was exceptional!!!!! They never failed to amaze!
Cabin / Stateroom
The room was small by Soltice standards but had good storage. The staff was very good.
Service and Staff
All staff was very good. They overcame an unexpected sea day by changing the calendar schedule quickly. The cancellation of a port was well handled.
It is impossible to reconcile your onboard account when no accounting number or tour title is included. Either the name of tour or accounting number of some type should be included.
