Review summary

After having requested pillows 3 times, we finally got some, steward seemed like he was stalking us...each part of the day, he would pop out just as we were leaving to check on us, but when we would ask for something ie pillows...he would seem like he didn't understand or just shake his head. We also ask for a specific time to depart the ship to catch a train home and was assigned a much later time so we were in quite a rush to the terminal.

Again the stewards were having a hard time understanding\, front desk was rude and waitstaff seemed over worked.

Have been on much prettier ships on Holland\, and there was no movie theater or much in the way of activities.
