Disengaged Crew, Poor Service

Sail Date: April 16, 2012

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

This was our first Celebrity Cruise and it was the last trip before dry-dock. Nothing lived up to the advertised amenities of this cruise line. The staff was tired and unhelpful. They could not wait for the cruise to end. We were not a priority to the ship and this was evident.

Pros: Visiting Roatan

Cons: Crew and Staff were as tired as the ship itself

Recommends Celebrity Millennium? No.
