Review summary

ship is functional. Having needed refurbishing in 3 months. 50% food excellent,20% good/ok, 10% terrible . Ice cream station cheap quality and nasty. Room service delicious and prompt. Brunch : food taste and presentation was excellent but understaffed and too crowed - elderly man fell down walking to upstairs dining room with his plate of food. No midnite buffet. Conceirge class not worth it. just get a balcony room, dont pay for conceirge. steward allowed family to leave a baby stroller in hall obstructing 60% of the walkway . didn't move it til I kept telling them it was safety hazzard. Good entertainment. Nice expensive spa. Nice gym.all bar drinks excellent. service from all workers was great

$40 per person surcharge to go to the Olympic specialty restaurant. Sunday Brunch a tasty fiasco! Food/artistic sculptures/carving was all fantastic but You must Go before 9:30 am or after 11 am. Much too crowed and understaffed. Food on 4th level of restaurant, overflow seating on 5th floor - up and down crowed stairs to get food

bathroom was not clean. very dusty. steward always left exactly 2 washcloths, never one extra unless asked.

Pros: variety of activities

Cons: safety drill a 45 minute nitemare, noisy kids across the hall, short time key west
