Review summary

Room service and staff's attention was excellent. Service room and restaurant waiter was excellent. However, the facilities of the cruise are not enough for an average family with 2 young children (under 10). Too many people for pool area, not once were we able to enjoy the pool during normal daytime hours. The excursion in Roatan was excellent including the beach and staff attention. The excursion in Cozumel (Playa Mia) was terrible. Poor information provided by the Cruise Shore Excursion staff, they recommended Playa Mia as the best place for a family to relax a day at the beach. Playa Mia was overcrowded, space was very limited and congested - guests from other cruises were also present during this day. The food was a complete disaster, cold and limited variety for a familiy.

Food and Dining

Excellent service provided by our waiter during dinners; Yorby was extremely attentive and cordial during the entire week.

Entertainment

Children's Programs

1 out of 5
Fun Factory is the only option for young children in the cruise. There is no other options for children under 6; we could not spend time or do any activities with our children inside the cruise.

Pros: Fun Factory, restaurant staff service, room service staff
