Room Type: Oceanview

The food was very good....cabins are always cleaned......waitstaff was marvelous....the ship was in decent shape.....entertainment was ok......the itinerary was not the best.....and the shore excursions at the grand cayman was terrible.

Pros: The waitstaff & cabin crew

Cons: Guest relations officer and ship nurse was so rude

Recommends Celebrity Millennium? No.

Service and Staff
the night staff said that i have to pay $79 first so they can check my sick daughter and $179 to wake up the doctor. no compassion to guest, wanted their money first before they do anything.
we didn't finish the excursion because of time constraint. no planning, chaotic & no coordination between the cruise personnel.
Ship Quality
Food and Dining
