Review summary

we really enjoyed the cruise and place it above previous cruises on Carnival and Norwegian. Most of the staff was extremely friendly and diligent, however there were a few members who, although nice were inept. We did not attend any meals in the dining room so no comment here. We ordered from room service a couple of times which was not bad but on one occurrence a burger was ordered with cheese and chili which was listed on the menu, but the burger arrived without chili. When we called regarding this and asked that the chili be brought you would think I was speaking an unknown language. I was asked what chili was. When "chili" was delivered it was crushed red pepper. Not even chili peppers but cyan peppers so I do not see the reference to chili at all. The Sunday brunch was a disaster. The food was only okay, there were not enough cooks at the hot serving stations and some of the burners were not working. To make it worse, there was not enough room so many guest had to be seated upstairs required long treks up and down the stairs.
