Celebrity you did this one RIGHT!!!This was the best cruise ever. Celebrity, your new program is dynamic. We arrived at the ship early. The embarkation was the best. It took 15 minutes. (WOW)When we walked on the ship we were wonderfully surprised by the crew waiting our arrival. We were received by the crew with champagne in arms. (Way to go Celebrity)We were escorted to our cabins. (WHAT A GREAT SERVICE)The food was FIVE STAR. The service was FIVE STAR.Our Cruise Director was great. The entertainment was the best I've seen. (SUPERB)Thanks to Bernie Kaplin our agent from in New York. Bernie you did a wonderful job. I was proud to invite the other couple that went with us on this cruise. This was their first cruise and they are excited about going next year. We have cruised with other cruise lines including Celebrity's Galaxy in 1999. This was the best out of four. The Galaxy was good, but there is no comparision with the service, quality of food and entertainment that the Millennium offers.The service, food, entertainment was 100% better.Our waiter, Roy, was the best with his assistant, Caesar.I work on a corporate level for a major financial corporation and we take customer service very serious because it adds to our bottom line.Celebrity has found its nitch on this ship. Due to the excellent customer service we received on the Millennium, I am booking a cruise with Celebrity for 2003 with a group of 30. I pray you offer this service on your other new ships as well. I would be disappointed if you did not.There's only one thing I would improve, limit smoking areas on this beautiful ship.I encourage everyone to try this beautiful ship with its superb service.A well-satisfied customer.MBA - Michigan
